S au sună cineva cu trîmbiţa într'o cetate, fără să se spăimînte poporul? Sau se întîmplă o nenorocire într'o cetate, fără s'o fi făcut Domnul?

Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? Shall there be evil in a city, and Jehovah not have done ?
