D upă aceste şasezeci şi două de săptămîni, unsul va fi stîrpit, şi nu va avea nimic. Poporul unui domn care va veni, va nimici cetatea şi sfîntul Locaş, şi sfîrşitul lui va fi ca printr'un potop; este hotărît că războiul va ţinea pînă la sfîrşit şi împreună cu el şi pustiirile.

After the sixty-two weeks the Anointed One shall be cut off, and shall have nothing: and the people of the prince who shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and its end shall be with a flood, and even to the end shall be war; desolations are determined.
