A tunci ei au zis lui Ieremia:,, Domnul să fie un martor adevărat şi credincios împotriva noastră, dacă nu vom face tot ce-ţi va porunci Domnul, Dumnezeul tău, să ne spui!

Then they said to Jeremiah, May the Lord be a true and faithful witness against us if we fail to do according to all the things that the Lord your God sends you to tell us.
