D e aceea, dă pe copiii lor pradă foametei, şi doboară -i cu sabia! Nevestele lor să fie lipsite de copii şi să rămînă văduve, şi bărbaţii lor să fie luaţi de ciumă; tinerii lor să fie ucişi de sabie în luptă!

Therefore deliver up their sons to the famine, and pour out their blood by the force of the sword; and let their wives be bereaved of their children, and be widows; and let their men be put to death; let their young men be slain by the sword in battle.
