C a o potîrnichie, care cloceşte nişte ouă pe cari nu le -a ouat ea, aşa este celce agoniseşte bogăţii pe nedrept; trebuie să le părăsească în mijlocul zilelor sale, şi la urmă nu este decît un nebun.

As the partridge sitteth on eggs, and hatcheth them not; so he that getteth riches, and not by right, shall leave them in the midst of his days, and at his end shall be a fool.
