S 'au întors la nelegiuirile celor dintîi părinţi ai lor, cari n'au vrut să asculte cuvintele Mele, şi s'au dus şi ei după alţi dumnezei ca să le slujească. Casa lui Israel şi casa lui Iuda au călcat legămîntul Meu, pe care -l făcusem cu părinţii lor.``

They have returned to the sins of their fathers before them who would not listen to My words. And they have gone to serve other gods. The people of Israel and Judah have broken the agreement I made with their fathers.”
