D e aceea nici Domnul n'ar putea să se bucure de tinerii lor, nici să aibă milă de orfanii şi văduvele lor, căci toţi sînt nişte nelegiuiţi şi nişte răi, şi toate gurile lor spun mişelii. Cu toate acestea, mînia Lui nu se potoleşte, şi mîna Lui este tot întinsă.

Therefore the Lord shall have no joy in their young men, neither shall have mercy on their fatherless and widows: for every one is an hypocrite and an evildoer, and every mouth speaketh folly. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still.
