D ar n'ai auzit că am pregătit aceste lucruri de demult, şi că le-am hotărît din vremuri străvechi? Acum însă am dat voie să se împlinească, pentru ca să prefaci cetăţi tari în nişte mormane de dărîmături.

Hast thou not heard how I have done it long ago, and formed it of ancient times? now have I brought it to pass, that it should be thine to lay waste fortified cities into ruinous heaps.
