D oamne, pleacă-Ţi urechea, şi ascultă! Doamne, deschide-Ţi ochii, şi priveşte! Auzi toate cuvintele pe cari le -a trimes Sanherib ca să batjocorească pe Dumnezeul cel viu!

Incline Your ear, O Lord, and hear; open Your eyes, O Lord, and see; and listen to all the words of Sennacherib, who sent them to reproach the living God.
