A tunci nu vei mai vedea pe poporul acela îndrăzneţ, pe poporul cu vorbirea încîlcită de n'o puteai înţelege, cu limba gîngavă, de n'o puteai pricepe.

The strong people thou seest not, A people deeper of lip than to be understood, Of a scorned tongue, there is no understanding.
