P e lîngă că Eclesiastul a fost înţelept, el a mai învăţat şi ştiinţa pe popor, a cercetat, a adîncit şi a întocmit un mare număr de zicători.

And moreover, because the preacher was wise, he still taught the people knowledge; yea, he gave good heed, and sought out, and set in order many proverbs.
