M oise a plecat dela Faraon, şi a eşit afară din cetate; şi -a ridicat mînile spre Domnul, tunetele şi piatra au încetat, şi n'a mai căzut ploaia pe pămînt.

So Moses left the city and Pharaoh, and stretched forth his hands to the Lord; and the thunder and hail ceased, and rain was no longer poured upon the earth.
