D omnul a făcut aşa. A venit un roi de muşte cîneşti în casa lui Faraon şi a slujitorilor lui, şi toată ţara Egiptului a fost pustiită de muşte cîneşti.

And the Lord did so; and there came heavy and oppressive swarms into the house of Pharaoh and his servants’ houses; and in all of Egypt the land was corrupted and ruined by reason of the great invasion.
