s ă se facă un jurămînt în Numele Domnului între cele două părţi; şi cel ce a păstrat dobitocul, va mărturisi că n'a pus mîna pe avutul aproapelui său; stăpînul dobitocului va primi jurămîntul acesta, şi celalt nu va fi dator să i -l înlocuiască.

the oath of Jehovah shall be between them both, whether he hath not put his hand unto his neighbor's goods; and the owner thereof shall accept it, and he shall not make restitution.
