D in ziua cînd am scos pe poporul Meu din ţara Egiptului, n'am ales nicio cetate dintre toate seminţiile lui Israel, ca să se zidească acolo o casă în care să locuiască Numele Meu, şi n-am ales pe niciun om, care să fie căpetenia poporului Meu Israel.
