A haz avea douăzeci de ani cînd a ajuns împărat, şi a domnit şasesprezece ani la Ierusalim. El n'a făcut ce este bine înaintea Domnului, cum făcuse tatăl său David.

Ahaz was twenty years old when he became king. And he ruled for sixteen years in Jerusalem. He did not do what was right in the eyes of the Lord, as his father David had done.
