O amenii lui Iuda au scos un strigăt de război şi, la strigătul de război al oamenilor lui Iuda, Domnul a lovit pe Ieroboam şi pe tot Israelul dinaintea lui Abia şi a lui Iuda.

Then the men of Judah gave a shout. As the men of Judah shouted, God struck Jeroboam and all Israel before Abijah and Judah.
