A aron şi fiii săi aduceau jertfe pe altarul arderilor de tot şi tămîie pe altarul tămîiei, împlineau toate slujbele în Locul prea sfînt, şi făceau ispăşire pentru Israel, potrivit cu tot ce poruncise Moise, robul lui Dumnezeu.
