Î mpăratul Moabului, văzînd că fusese înfrînt în luptă, a luat cu el şapte sute de oameni, cari scoteau sabia, să-şi croiască drum pînă la împăratului Edomului; dar n'au putut.

The king of Moab saw that the battle was too hard for him. So he took with him 700 men who used the sword, to break through to the king of Edom. But they could not.
