I oas, fiul lui Ioahaz, a luat înapoi din mînile lui Ben-Hadad, fiul lui Hazael, cetăţile luate de Hazael dela Ioahaz, tatăl său, în timpul războiului. Ioas l -a bătut de trei ori, şi a luat înapoi cetăţile lui Israel.

Then Jehoash the son of Jehoahaz took back from Hazael’s son Ben-hadad the cities he had taken in war from his father Jehoahaz. Three times Joash won in battle against him and took back the cities of Israel.
