I acov despărţea mieii aceştia, şi abătea feţele oilor din turma lui Laban către cele seine şi bălţate. Şi -a făcut astfel turme deosebite, pe cari nu le -a împreunat cu turma lui Laban.

Jacob separated the lambs, and he also set the faces of the flocks toward the streaked and all the dark in the flock of Laban; and he put his own droves by themselves and did not let them breed with Laban’s flock.
