S amuel perguntou a Saul: “Por que você me perturbou, fazendo-me subir?” Respondeu Saul: “Estou muito angustiado. Os filisteus estão me atacando e Deus se afastou de mim. Ele já não responde nem por profetas nem por sonhos; por isso te chamei para me dizeres o que fazer”.


Then Samuel said to Saul, “Why have you troubled my rest by bringing me up?” Saul answered, “I am very troubled. The Philistines are making war against me. And God has left me and answers me no more, by those who speak for Him or by dreams. So I have called you to tell me what I should do.”
