D e lá Davi foi para Mispá, em Moabe, e disse ao rei de Moabe: “Posso deixar meu pai e minha mãe virem para cá e ficarem contigo até que eu saiba o que Deus fará comigo?”

Then David went from there to Mizpah of Moab; and he said to the king of Moab, “Please let my father and mother come here with you, till I know what God will do for me.”
