A ssim, todo o povo foi a Gilgal e proclamou Saul como rei na presença do Senhor. Ali ofereceram sacrifícios de comunhão ao Senhor, e Saul e todos os israelitas tiveram momentos de grande alegria.

Cả dân sự đều đi đến Ghinh-ganh; tại đó, trước mặt Đức Giê-hô-va, chúng lập Sau-lơ làm vua. Tại đó chúng dâng của lễ thù ân cho Đức Giê-hô-va. Đoạn, Sau-lơ và hết thảy người Y-sơ-ra-ên vui mừng khôn xiết.
