E ntão Manoá apanhou um cabrito e a oferta de cereal, e os ofereceu ao Senhor sobre uma rocha. E o Senhor fez algo estranho enquanto Manoá e sua mulher observavam:

So Manoah took the kid with the meal-offering, and offered it upon the rock unto Jehovah: and the angel did wondrously, and Manoah and his wife looked on.
