D epois os homens de Judá foram com seus irmãos de Simeão e derrotaram os cananeus que viviam em Zefate, e destruíram totalmente a cidade. Por essa razão ela foi chamada Hormá.

And Judah went with Simeon his brother, and they slew the Canaanites that inhabited Zephath, and utterly destroyed it; and they called the name of the city Hormah.
