D epois vi um Cordeiro, que parecia ter estado morto, em pé, no centro do trono, cercado pelos quatro seres viventes e pelos anciãos. Ele tinha sete chifres e sete olhos, que são os sete espíritos de Deus enviados a toda a terra.

I saw a Lamb standing in front of the twenty-four leaders. He was before the throne and in front of the four living beings. He looked as if He had been killed. He had seven horns and seven eyes. These are the seven Spirits of God. They have been sent out into all the world.
