E ntão Josué os enviou. Eles foram e ficaram de emboscada entre Betel e Ai, a oeste de Ai. Josué, porém, passou aquela noite com o povo.

When Joshua sent them away, they went to the hiding place. They waited between Bethel and Ai, on the west side of Ai. But Joshua stayed that night among the people.
