A ssim também, a língua é um fogo; é um mundo de iniqüidade. Colocada entre os membros do nosso corpo, contamina a pessoa por inteiro, incendeia todo o curso de sua vida, sendo ela mesma incendiada pelo inferno.

And the tongue is a fire, the very world of iniquity; the tongue is set among our members as that which defiles the entire body, and sets on fire the course of our life, and is set on fire by hell.
