E m vez disso, esperavam eles uma pátria melhor, isto é, a pátria celestial. Por essa razão Deus não se envergonha de ser chamado o Deus deles, e lhes preparou uma cidade.

But now they desire a better country, that is, a heavenly one; therefore, God is not ashamed to be called their God, for he has prepared for them a city.
