“ Se um de vocês fizer um voto ao Senhor, o seu Deus, não demore a cumpri-lo, pois o Senhor, o seu Deus, certamente lhe pedirá contas, e você será culpado de pecado se não o cumprir.

When thou vowest a vow to Jehovah thy God, thou shalt not delay to perform it; for Jehovah thy God will certainly require it of thee, and it shall be sin in thee.
