T u emitiste um decreto, ó rei, ordenando que todo aquele que ouvisse o som da trombeta, do pífaro, da cítara, da harpa, do saltério, da flauta dupla e de toda espécie de música se prostrasse em terra e adorasse a imagem de ouro,

Thou, O king, hast made a decree, that every man that shall hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and dulcimer, and all kinds of musick, shall fall down and worship the golden image:
