E ntão Hamã apanhou o cavalo, vestiu Mardoqueu com o manto e o conduziu sobre o cavalo pelas ruas da cidade, proclamando à frente dele: “Isto é o que se faz ao homem que o rei tem o prazer de honrar!”

Then Haman took the apparel and the horse and clothed Mordecai and brought him on horseback through the plaza of the city and caused it to be proclaimed before him, Thus shall be done unto the man whom the king delights to honour.
