P or isso tu os entregaste nas mãos de seus inimigos, que os oprimiram. Mas, quando foram oprimidos, clamaram a ti. Dos céus tu os ouviste, e na tua grande compaixão deste-lhes libertadores, que os livraram das mãos de seus inimigos.

Therefore You delivered them into the hand of their enemies, who distressed them. In the time of their suffering when they cried to You, You heard them from heaven, and according to Your abundant mercy You gave them deliverers, who saved them from their enemies.
