“ Portanto, assim diz o Senhor acerca do rei da Assíria: ‘Ele não invadirá esta cidade nem disparará contra ela uma só flecha. Não a enfrentará com escudo nem construirá rampas de cerco contra ela.

Therefore thus says the Lord concerning the king of Assyria: He shall not come into this city or shoot an arrow here or come before it with shield or cast up a siege mound against it.
