E ntão o rei enviou alguns soldados, e eles o fizeram descer do altar. E Adonias veio e se curvou solenemente perante o rei Salomão, que lhe disse: “Vá para casa”.

And king Solomon sent, and they brought him down from the altar. And he came and bowed himself to king Solomon; and Solomon said to him, Go to thy house.
