Q uando Jacó soube que sua filha Diná tinha sido desonrada, seus filhos estavam no campo, com os rebanhos; por isso esperou calado até que regressassem.

Now Jacob heard that he had defiled Dinah his daughter; and his sons were with his cattle in the field: and Jacob held his peace until they came.
