S -au adunat deci la Miţpa, au scos apă şi au vărsat-o înaintea Domnului. În ziua aceea, ei au postit şi au recunoscut acolo că au păcătuit împotriva Domnului. Samuel îi judeca pe israeliţi la Miţpa.

So they gathered at Mizpah and drew water and poured it out before the Lord and fasted on that day and said there, We have sinned against the Lord. And Samuel judged the Israelites at Mizpah.
