V -am scris pe scurt aceste lucruri, prin Silvanus, pe care-l consider un frate credincios, pentru a vă încuraja şi pentru a depune mărturie că acesta este adevăratul har al lui Dumnezeu. Rămâneţi în el!

Through Silvanus, our faithful brother (for so I regard him ), I have written to you briefly, exhorting and testifying that this is the true grace of God. Stand firm in it!
