N u a existat nici o poruncă din toate cele poruncite de Moise pe care să nu o fi citit Iosua înaintea întregii adunări a lui Israel, inclusiv înaintea femeilor, a copiilor, precum şi a străinilor care trăiau în mijlocul lor.

There was not a word of all that Moses had said which Joshua did not read. He read it in front of all the people of Israel, with the women and children and strangers who were living among them.
