I sraeliţii au auzit că rubeniţii, gadiţii şi jumătate din seminţia lui Manase au zidit un altar la marginea Canaanului, la Ghelilot, lângă Iordan, pe teritoriul israelit.

And the children of Israel heard say, Behold, the children of Reuben and the children of Gad and the half tribe of Manasseh have built an altar over against the land of Canaan, in the districts of the Jordan, separately from the children of Israel.
