D acă alţii au acest drept de la voi, oare noi nu-l avem şi mai mult? Cu toate acestea, nu ne-am folosit de acest drept, ci îndurăm totul, pentru a nu pune vreo piedică în calea Evangheliei lui Cristos.

If others partake of this right over you, should not rather we? But we have not used this right, but we bear all things, that we may put no hindrance in the way of the glad tidings of the Christ.
