N u v-a cuprins nici o ispită care să nu fie potrivită cu puterea omenească. Şi Dumnezeu, Care este credincios, nu va permite să fiţi ispitiţi peste puterea voastră, ci odată cu ispita a pregătit şi mijlocul de a o putea răbda. Jertfele aduse idolilor şi Cina Domnului

There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
