P rin urmare, există pericolul nu numai ca această muncă a noastră să ajungă de tot dispreţul, ci şi ca templul marii zeiţe Artemis să fie socotit ca o nimica şi chiar măreţia ei să fie distrusă, a ei, cea la care se închină toată Asia şi toată lumea!“

and not only is there danger that this our trade come into disrepute; but also that the temple of the great goddess Diana be made of no account, and that she should even be deposed from her magnificence whom all Asia and the world worshippeth.
