C ând au intrat în casă şi L-au văzut pe Copil împreună cu Maria, mama Lui, s-au prosternat închinându-se înaintea Lui, şi-au deschis cuferele cu comori şi I-au oferit daruri: aur, tămâie şi smirnă.

And when they had come into the house, they saw the young Child with Mary His mother, and fell down and worshiped Him. And when they had opened their treasures, they presented gifts to Him: gold, frankincense, and myrrh.
