T oţi bărbaţii leviţi care au fost număraţi de la vârsta de o lună în sus erau în număr de douăzeci şi trei de mii. Ei nu au fost incluşi în numărătoarea israeliţilor, deoarece lor nu li s-a dat moştenire printre israeliţi.

And those numbered of them were 23, 000, every male from a month old and upward; for they were not numbered among the Israelites, because there was no inheritance given them among the Israelites.
