S tăpânul Domn a jurat pe Sine Însuşi. Astfel zice Domnul, Dumnezeul Oştirilor: «Mi-e scârbă de mândria lui Iacov şi îi urăsc fortăreţele; voi da pe mâna duşmanului cetatea şi tot ce este în ea!

The Lord God has sworn by Himself, the Lord God of hosts has declared: “I loathe the arrogance of Jacob, And detest his citadels; Therefore I will deliver up the city and all it contains.”
