D acă cineva va jura pripit că va face bine sau rău cu privire la orice lucru despre care se poate jura şi, deşi nu şi-a dat seama la început, ajunge totuşi să-şi dea seama mai târziu, va fi considerat vinovat.

Also the person who swears, pronouncing with his lips to do evil, or to do good, whatever it is that a man shall pronounce with an oath, and it is hid from him, when he knows of it, then he shall be guilty in one of these.
