A tunci împăratul s-a bucurat mult din pricina lui Daniel şi a poruncit să-l scoată din groapă. Daniel a fost scos din groapă şi nu s-a găsit nici o rană pe el, pentru că s-a încrezut în Dumnezeul său.

Then the king was exceeding glad because of him and commanded that they should take Daniel up out of the den. So Daniel was taken up out of the den, and no injury was found upon him because he believed in his God.
