S entinţa este proclamată prin străjeri, verdictul este anunţat prin sfinţi, pentru ca cei vii să ştie că Cel Preaînalt stăpâneşte peste împărăţia oamenilor, că El o dă cui vrea şi ridică peste ea chiar şi pe cel mai smerit dintre oameni.»
